Yes,challenging. I believe this to be the first Vamp story I have ever read that takes place in such a violent setting. And it's the actions of A/A along w/other "good" guys that often reflect that violence that I'm not used to. But knowing that the violence they show is in relation to protecting either their family or an innocent victim helps me to like them more than I did at the beginning of this chapter. Thanks for that, it always helps when you like the main characters... hehe-he
