If you continue, it would be nice to develop the characters a little more. The sexual parts are better if there's also a sense of emotional involvement with the characters.

You need to fix the agreement error between the first paragraph and the second, where you say it was 2 years ago and then say "i've been working here for 2 weeks now" etc
