He paused, looking at her, a smile on his lips. "Are you sure?," he asked tilting his head. "You can't take any more?"
Annie's eyes grew wide. "Ohh!" She gasped, "Ohh ..." She shook her head slowly. "I can't ... no ...." Her look pleaded with him. "Not now!"
He smiled and nodded, "No .... not right now. Later."
Then he gently lifted her spent body out of the rocking chair and carried her to the bed. He laid her down and pulled a blanket over, tucking it around her. He bent down and gave her a long kiss. "You just relax," he said. "I'm going to see to the horses."
Then he turned, walked to the door and let himself out of the cabin.
