From my writing Professor at GW back, well it was back a few decades. Read your story, out loud, to yourself. By both seeing the written word and hearing what you write, you'll catch a ton of grammatical errors and storyline errors. Excellent first time out - keep going, nobody played at Carnegie hall with only one recital under their belt.
