That was incredibly well written. I had my doubts that he would follow her rules but I was more shocked that she made that offer. If it were reality, they couldn’t just remain as roommates or friends. I tend to think if it were an actual situation, she had wanted to see what kind of a guy he is and after spending time living together she found herself falling for him and this was a perfect chance to start a physical relationship. This was so well thought out that it could have easily been a real situation. Thanks for the excellent story.
