Yesh! Awesome start, please keep going. And please get someone to proofread your stories before you publish them. Even with English being my second language, I found a couple of words that were plain wrong, like wandering vs wondering, or lunched vs launched, or relaxed vs released. It totally breaks the flow and is a huge turnoff for me.
