I dropped my rating of this story from 5 to 3 solely based on the fact that chapter 1 has no relation at all to chapters 2 and 3

Could have been a good story but 2 and 3 are so boring compared to what you set up in chapter 1. Delete the account

Things are moving backwards. A slow burn is usually a good story, but here the candle is unmelting.
