Here, who is the culprit, the man who find an "innocent" girl and is he offering her a way to pay her debts, or the girl who accepts this agreement. However, such arguments involves that the there is no good social providence e.g. flex dept paying, no school fees etc, as well no good social system that can help people found in economical or other types of problems. So such stories, i think depict the lack of the social system to protect, care, and treat its people in the right way.
