Great story! I need some help. I HATE cuck stories, but can't stop reading them, likely because I find the cringeworthiness irrisistable. I find the BTB stories repetitive, but enjoy the feel-good endings.

Does anyone know of an author or story that splits the difference?, Say a cuck that fights off his perverse primal urge, and at the last second, reaches for the Colt .45? or at least a Louisville Slugger? That is, a cuck that finds salvation within!

I prefer stories where the husbands take the higher road, NOT the knock down, drag through the mud, take no prisoners slug fest. I mean that I have been married to the same woman for more than 1/2 a century and the only divorces I have experienced personally are my own parents when I was 13, plus my brother several times and my sister twice. Those experiences made me a bit gunshy, when I was faced with a difficult situation. I chose to stay for my children and in hindsight it proved to be the best decision. My kids did not turn out to be scared by my choices. My grandchildren (5g+5b) seem to be far more self-assured, confident and not afraid to go after what they felt was important for them. I am a happy old guy.

This very wounded and damaged "Old Lion" thanks you. This was perfect ending. I'm a grandfather who found out my "wife" cucked me during our engagement. I was in Hospital for 15 weeks & the Doctors debated whether to cut my left leg off. She never told me, I'm not sure why. But I unknowingly married the cheating skank. We fought a lot and she ending up admitting cheating. I have four grown kids and now 3 grandkids which I'm not sure share my DNA. Too late then as everything was in joint names. I am an Invalid, soon to move a wheelchair. 30+ years trapped in a loveless sexless Life sentence. Spare a kind thought for me will you please?

Still a good story the second time. Too OLD Lion. I-feel for you. My first marriage lasted 13 years and two young daughters. When the ex needed some time alone, so she did but spent a most of the time trolling bars. Then got her own place during a visit she said she wanted to "go out there and look around but could she come back if things didn't work out?" What do you say to that? Any way we divorced I got the kids (oh by the way the divorce only cost $75) met a good woman with four kids a year later and married her and it lasted 40 years. Too bad others didn't work out as well.

Good story I enjoyed it but there’s so many of these stories out there husband always finds some model like woman to marry an the cheating wife’s relationship always fails or is terrible id love a bit more truth in one. I’m 44 bf is 43 if we split we would probably find other relationships but not for a while but I guess that comes down to respect

Nice enough story. LW seems to have its own family law code. In every jurisdiction I'm aware of, if a parent isn't a drug dealer, sex offender, etc, a 15 year-old chooses which parent to live with, not the judge. Moreover, what jurisdictions so promiscuously order "counseling" over the objection of a party? The judges only care about moving their dockets. They do order outside mediation to resolve property and custody disputes, but marriage counseling to "save" marriages? I've never seen it. Maybe there are jurisdictions in which judges prefer reading counseling transcripts to stories on Literotica. 5

Another great story from a talented author. I think what I like best about Randi's stories though is the realistic timeframes she employs. Too many stories I read on here have the couple falling in love and proposing marriage in just a few weeks. That isn't life and that isn't a formula for a happily ever after either. It's a small thing, but it makes the story so much more genuine and enjoyable.

It amazes me, that women can be so shallow. The other thing I have never understood, is how can someone sleep around in their husband, and expect him to take it? But threaten divorce, if he does the same thing? Or my favorite, after hubby tips the cheating bastards wife, and she starts divorce proceedings, the cheating wife confronts hubby, on how can he be so cruel? Or WHY does he have to “ruin” everything? The Martian slut Ray, is strong in this one.... 5 stars

I love the contrast characters; Rachel and Jules. The contrast of empty-headed Rachel and lovable Jules. The story flows really well. And, like all well written and intriguing stories, it makes the reader want more.

Thank You for an excellent story that was worth reading, and didn't follow the standard LW Cuckold format. This was more of a story that had some romance tossed in to keep the reader entertained, which I liked and enjoyed. I thought this was another story (similar title) and had put off reading it, as I thought I already had (I hadn't) read it. These are the kind of stories I like to read here, kind of like Saddle Tramp's work, JPB and others who don't follow the standard template. And dgfergie's short list of story titles is a good, as I've already read them and enjoyed them. He did miss "When we were married" though, as I really enjoyed that one (one of my first LW stories that I read), even if it's a long read. Sometimes I want a quick read story like yours was, and other times I want something to take a few days worth of time (sink my teeth into), as my tastes vary.

I love Randl1958's writing. Every story flows perfectly and is easy to follow, but that's just the technical part. Her plots are down to earth and very realistic. This story could be about several couples I've known. 5 stars from me.

On that point gentlemen take note how slow and sensous Ollie was undessing Jules. I strongly suspect Randi was giving a gentle hint to us, as a woman, what women like. Just a thought....just a thought.

Good to see a husband that stood firm. Wife was delusional. Worse than the cheating was per pronouncements of thr new guy bring her soul mate and being "in love" with him, while putting a past tense on her husband. Kind of humorous how fast the asshole "soulmate" moved on so fast (2 weeks) after the shitstorm started. Rachael was obviously quite dumb and smitten.

Well, I loved the happy ending. There was no real burning the bitch type ending where she dies in a horrible accident or dies from cancer or gets beaten up, etc. I loved the descriptions of the sex as being so soft and pleasurable. I would have like to read about how their daughters reacted to the news of the pending marriage. I am sure the loud noises would have woken the dead. An easy 5 stars.

Very hard to believe that a faithful loving wife of ~18 years is that clueless, it's almost as hard to believe that someone could both forget that they'd said they had planned to divorce to go live with their soulmate and then fail to understand that it's a line once crossed you can't row back on.

I'm sure there are some people out there that really are like that but I also suspect that they come with MI and a history of such delusional/narcissistic behaviours... the kind of things that would have made themselves known within an 18 year marriage, that wouldn't have been endearing and would have been grounds for divorce long before the affair.

I'm soo tired of cuckolding stories. This was an easy read,and orherbthan the very beginning it didn't make me queasy or put my stomach in knots waiting for hubby to stand-up and take what is his only to find the husband bowing to a horrible life of humiliation. Good storyline. Thank you!

Very good. Could have been great. But the pathetic little bit about not getting retaliation on the predator and the stupid and narcissistic woman was horribly screwed up. If everybody took that thought in life, you'd leave all the scumbags to go on and ruin other people's lives, over and over. If your story doesn't have the accountability on those that need it, then you're basically enabling and supporting it. Take a stand for something when you're writing, or don't bother.

I agree the story was pretty good but it was missing somethings such as the details of how the affair started and a few minor things in between also to go against what some idiots seem to think it needed the revenge aspect something like your spouse will eat away at you until you do something drastic to stop the bleeding so to speak now using the word drastic doesn't have to mean doing something illegal nor does revenge mean doing something illegal that is something that people seem to misunderstand when getting revenge on the parties that has done the betrayal if he was a man he would have to do something for revenge on both but at very least the other guy cause they attacked him as a man and his pride/ego wouldn't have been able to take it with a grain of assault how did they attack him as man well that is simple well more like she attacked he set the stage so it makes the other guy just as guilty but she attacked him as a man when she fucked another man she basically told him that he wasn't a man to her anymore she chose to fuck around on him and she chose to try belittle him and try and turn his daughter against him and then try and rape him in the divorce so yes revenge would have to been a must thing that is the only way he would ever feel like a man again

Good story where the cheated on spouse didn't put up with the cheater. I've got to say, the lawyer that Ollie had did more than great, she did outstanding. We know Oillie kept custody of Tobi, he also kept his house but then we see he was able to keep the boat and the RV; things not usually missed in a divorce. Didn't BTB but it seems like poor old Rachael got screwed more than once, lol.

Good story. Easier to move on with life if you get to keep your house and your child.

To those deploring the absence of retribution on the cheaters, I’d remark that had the author envisaged the story’s concept differently, i.e. where either the house/daughter issue had gone against him, then the trajectory and emotions of the story would likely have been different.

Great story, love a good guy that stands up for himself. Really wish for a sequel....maybe under "Romance"? Would love to see how the daughter characters react to the wedding and how their lives would continue as a family.

What I love about this story (5*, btw) is that the cheating is a framing element, it isn't the whole story. The majority of the story is the resolution, and mostly the recovery. And the recovery is where the joy is. This story is full of joy, and makes me smile every time I read it. Thank you.

Great story! 5 stars! I don't often read "loving wives" stories. Yours are an exception since they are more like romances than loving wives stories. I'm a retired mechanic, and ex Coast Guard. My experience is that most of the cheaters I've known were men. One guy I was stationed with in the service bragged about having 5 kids with 5 different women. I wish Literotica would change the category name to something more like "Adultery" rather than loving wives. At least then the category would be more inclusive.
