I've read several of your stories, and compared to the others, this one appears to have been thrown together in a rush.

There are several things missing. There is no mention of any previous discussions between John & Mary (imaginative choice of names, by the way). We have to assume that theirs is a relatively vanilla relationship, yet they end up both being turned on by the chance that she might get knocked up by a black guy,

John's reaction to Mary's actions is evidently not a factor in your story. We know he's turned on, since he jerks off continually. We know he's wondering what is going on at his home. That's it. We don't have any indication about what he's thinking otherwise. Doesn't he wonder if his marriage is about to fall apart? Is he not worried how he'll be able to carry on living with Mary after she's cheated (?) on him.

I'd suggest a thorough rewrite. Until then, it's not on my list of stories that have entertained me.
