I'm so sorry about the confusion, I did it that way cos I wanted the italics with no quotations to be her thoughts and the italics in quotation marks to be the actual words spoken. I hope this assists with the reading of it. I'm sorry about that, my thoughts are always jumbled up like that to, lol
