That’s always the problem with people who live off the misery of others, they find a way to justify their actions by taking none of the blame. It’s amazing how someone can do something like that to a human being and brush it off with a comment like “oh well, some people aren’t meant to amount to anything” which is incredibly fucked up. It was still an incredible story and the characters were interesting although some were incredibly sociopathic.
