Some readers will likely give you some grief because of the brevity, and others will come at you with some bizarre suggestions that you would never have seen coming. Myself, a hot, short story is fun. Sometimes, less is more.

It's over just as I was starting to get into it, but I really like the novel scenario you've come up with, and the writing is good. I'm looking forward to the second instalment.

But the idea is good. Don't stop, practice makes perfect, and I'd love to read as you get better.
