I'd give this six stars if I could. The plot and characters were good, but the writing! As a life-time eclectic reader of everything, but especially fiction, and a published writer of mainstream lit (as well as my stories here), and a paid reviewer, and a former English teacher, I can really appreciate excellent writing. This is it. "We swayed in absolute synchronicity, two leaves nestled together, whirled away together in a storm." The story is full of that high quality of expression. I real pleasure to read. Really enjoyed your story and I too hope you continue to write. I would love to see more of this couple as they move through life. Does she dump david and move in with her cousin? I think this could be a really good cousin romance tale and even making babies would be great.
