Where did a second 18 year old daughter come from? You mention Gabriella as being his and not her child, you mention her feelings of loss that she has birthed no child, so who is the second daughter?

@Jack506 - Thanks for the input. I do explain more about the second daughter later, but I full understand your confusion. I have made an edit to this chapter to introduce Alice briefly as well. I hope it clears up the confusion.
