A very hot story. 5 stars. Just one issue but very important. Though anal sex is very erotic, ass-to-mouth is an absolute no-no. There are many harmful bacteria in the anal canal apart from fecal matter. It is not only unhygienic, it is also dangerous. Even then the act is not totally hygienic because some bacteria do remain. So though the act may appear erotic, it NOT recommended. And you, being a author with quite a following, should know better than to include such actions in your stories. This because many of your readers may not know the consequences of such sex. And though they understand that the story is a fantasy, they may try to copy the fantasy into real life. It is not only you, I have come across other authors too with this type of sex in their stories. Hence this detailed explanation. Sorry.

This story should be at the most half as long. It is far too repetitive. Ultimately, the entire story becomes boring and not worth the bother. If you could weave a story line within the context of a real essay, it would read much better. In this case, there is no story: just a horny, voluptuous mom, her equally horny sister/lover, and her well endowed, always horny son. Since you tipped your hand early, and sexual contact followed quickly, everything else was just dragged out.

You seemed to write as if you were being paid by the word. 3 stars is a fair grade. You can do better.
