What a gross story. Why would a professional man with a beautiful young wife wanna fuck the batty old lady with sagging tits? Sorry, I don't think it's realistic. And a quick grammar check wouldn't be amiss either. A whole sentence was cut short and some of the sentences were poorly written. It just leaves you feeling sleazy and sick afterwards - much like the protagonist in the story, undoubtedly - after he fucked her! But if that was your intent, then good for you I guess.
