I like stories that impose a non-consensual element in an otherwise consensual relationship. Your story did it well, as Samantha got what she (seemingly) wanted though not as she could have ever expected. Please continue for as long as the characters speak to you.

One (very) minor quibble. You used the line "... deep-seeded fetish..." when I think you meant "deep-seated".
