You did an excellent job of making the connection between Mandy and Dex earlier and you let it play out nicely. You do need one final chapter to tie it all together. His mother obviously has a 6th sense. If this is the ending, it is to abrupt. This has been Dex's story about him and his family. You need to close it out

I didn't read anything saying that this is the last chapter. In my humble opinion, if it is, you could have used one more page to tie Mandy into the family. Personally I believe that there is more to come. Either at least another chapter, or my guess, another series starring these characters. Sometimes like'MANDY JOINS THE FAMILY". It could start with their telling the family about the pregnancy, then the engagement. Continue through the wedding, the birth, Dex finishing college, his going to work, their 1st home, ..........

There has to be more to this story than this?? Otherwise a nice chapter with a lot of the loose ends being followed through on and bound together in a nice bow, Dex takes up the mantle of fatherhood, but can he keep the focus that is needed? I mean, so far he hasn't been able to say no to what ever female that grabs his cock, how is that going to work out with a baby on the way, and how is he going to be faithful to Mandy??

Sleepwalking Mom and Dex and the Twins at College.

This chapter is probably the climax of the whole novel.

Dex has made up his mind about his relationship and his future.

Mom has shown that things have calmed down and changed.

It might seem that only the twins haven't changed, but they haven't.

This chapter showed their true feelings for Dex. He's not just a brother, not just a sex partner. He's become their drug of choice. He's their "Big Love."

They're afraid to confess to him and they don't know how to tell him. "I love you" has been said many times. They show him that other guys are just toys for them (like moms in public sex) or rubber dildos (demonstrative condom sex). Intimate, inside, only for Dex (Dad doesn't count, he's a substitute as much as possible like Dex, too). They are willing to do anything for him. They're afraid of losing him. Mom's request to stay away only scares them even more. Let him be with other women if he feels like it. They will even bring them to him. But he must be with them, belong to them. Every night in his bed. The three of them are one. Hence the outburst of aggression on New Year's Eve. And the sisters seem to be experiencing things differently. Julie is willing to go on and on about anything with Dex. Junie feels more deeply, feels more deeply, and suffers more. She closes herself off. Even on the return flight, she doesn't join in the fun. And in the car on the way to college, she is silent or pretends to be asleep. The only thing that gives them hope is the news that Dex's chosen one is their coach Mendy.

This is the penultimate chapter. And in the next chapter, resolving this conflict will be difficult. Maybe some sort of temporary solution. So we have to wait for the third novel about the adventures of Dex and his sisters. Their love for him is too strong. Perfect for them 4 - Dex, Mendy and Junie and Julie in the same polygamous family. But it will be a long and arduous road to get there. Let's wish them success.
