Good Draft. Mikayla had it coming unfortunately, and now Daniel needs to get his due.

I just read through it and was surprised it only had about five boo-boos. Maybe. As far as the length, all my chapters are 40 pages long on my laptop, and an average of three on here. Each chapter encapsulates an event. This one was about Abby and Gabe finally coming clean to one another, the resolution of Abby always putting her family before her husband and then it ends with the proposition of their next hurdle. Gabriel feeling he's doing more harm than good to the woman he loves, but he can't leave her. He loves her too much and wants to try to make things work. Daniel unfortunately is now going to be a thorn in their side as well as his conniving mother, but that's the next chapter which would be why I ended this one because it served its purpose. But enough me explaining myself. I shouldn't have to. I have things going on in my life. Period. I am appreciative to those who persistently came back to watch for my posts, and to those who took the time to vote and comment. Thank you.

He chartered a private plane and bought her mother a house, but there wasn't money to hire someone to do sound checks? Makes no sense and was so absurd it took me out of the story completely.

Please don't leave us in hold for much longer! I was so excited to see that you were back. I might die though if you wait another few months to finish the story.

Belongs to a friend of the band. The house was financed and if you've never been involved in setting up a big tour, especially if you're not signed with any big record labels, there's big bucks involved. Most times You get sponsors, companies like Heineken, Red Bull, Smirnoff, etc. And they pay you way after, months after the show (I've done this so I know) you have to pay for advertising, merchandising, lighting and special effects crew, equipment, security, hotels, food, transportation, people that set up the stage if the venue doesn't provide a crew for that. The band I managed had a small crew but during sound check they played their own instruments for that. Big named bands like Iron Maiden or Slpknot have techs that know how to tune each musicians instruments the way the rock star likes. These people make buku dolla. So before you get pulled out of a story for something like that, talk to people who are or who have been in the business. When you're just starting, some things are luxuries. I'd rather spend more money making sure the show has cool pyrotechnics and lighting and that the guys are eating right and have a secure place to stay, than paying extra so some other guys can tune their guitars or set up the drum kit. You save over $3000 on that alone. That's enough for hotel expenses! So I hope that gets you back into the story, unless you're purposefully trying to tear it down, then you can go [insert whatever you want right here]

First of all, who's Jett? Is it Ariel's new love interest or an old flame. Gah, sooo many unresolved issues and villians! Hopefully, we will get to the bottom of this on chapter 20? (Hopefully, less than that.) Please do keep the stories coming and pleassseeee don't make us wait too long. ;)

P.S. Thank god, Gabriel came to his senses. Still think his brother had something to do with his wife's death. (And the wait begins....)

Let me just say I'm glad you're okay ( I'm a drama lama and figured something happened to you... like my grandma would say "Ni Dios lo quiera" !). I was so excited to read this new chapter, keep 'em coming !!!!!! I'm into the story, your style and can't wait to see where you take us :D

but I hope you will update more regularly again. This was not a nice place to stop- especially if it's going to be another four month wait.
