What kind of professional person would allow them self to have sex in public? A therapist no less. Some people are so fucked up they will fuck any time any place. How low can one be. That is so tasteless. If I saw my therapist getting fucked in public I would run in another direction as far away from her/him as possible. I would let her know at my next appointment that she should be seeing a therapist and that I will no longer be a patient of hers.
