"You have a lot of dried blood on your face, I'm going to wash it off now."

"Nothing that a few stitches and an ice pack won't fix," Rebecca told her.

"Whoa, calm down. Yes, they will have to put in maybe eight stitches. Your cheek needs to be X-rayed to make sure it's not broken."

"OK, my Medi-Cal should cover it. But can we go to Memorial Hospital instead of Eastside?"

"Sure, it's closer and that's where we go when we need to," explained Lisa.

Todd asked her, "Do you remember what happened?"
