I agree that this is mislabeled and belongs in the NonConsent category. Anyone who is drunk is mentally unable to give consent.

I think this story could have easily gone in non-consent/reluctance or first time. As written, the man is not the most honorable of guys, but he is not necessarily abusive either. He takes advantage of a woman who has had too much to drink. So women beware -- if you go out drinking, and get totally wasted so that your judgment is impaired, and go home with a man to his place --- please don't be surprised if he tries to have sex with you. Before people start screaming about me placing the blame on the woman -- all I'm saying is that women need to have common sense in this world. I speak from experience as a woman, and my momma didn't raise me to be a fool. I know how certain scenarios could play out. If you are 21 years old, old enough to be drinking in bars, you ought to be old enough to know how to avoid certain situations.<br><br>

Rule number one - friends never leave friends behind. Rule number two - memorize your calling card number so you can always make a telephone call. Rule number three - don't go home with strangers. It's pretty simple.<br><br>

But back to the story - I thought it was a pretty accurate description of a one night stand. I don't think she was raped. In fact, the part I objected to was the 34E breasts - that's pretty darn unrealistic! LOL

A great fantasy story!

It was a hot sex scene but the story around it had some problems. Katie sounded like she was a child, very stupid and immature and it is a petpeeve of mine when authors put in specific breast sizes - a 34E without a bra would be quite saggy.

Isn’t it just charming when the victims are blamed. While it’s not smart to go drinking, drink way too much, and then get separated from friends, do you have any ability to remember what it is like to be young and inexperienced? This is a story about a situation. It's not a good situation but it is an image of human behavior. As such, it is effectively told.

Thank you all for commenting, I hadn't realised the story was controversial! Ok, to address some of the issues raised:

I'm 20 years old and this story is loosely based on a true event that happened to a friend of the same age when she got too drunk on a night out; her judgement was impaired and she made some stupid decisions.

I did have some difficulty deciding how to categorise this so I understand if some of you disagree with the final decision.

Katie's physical description is based on me and I am a 34E. They aren't saggy because of my age though I do accept that in a few years they'll probably need an iron bra for reinforcement!

Please continue to comment and rate the submission as I really want to improve my skills and make the dialogue and emotions more realistic and I need your help!

Perhaps this story does belong in non consent, but don't let the comments put you off writing more stories. This is a great first effort. You can always re-submit this story in the more acceptable category later on. BTW be proud of that nice 34E rack of yours. My 34E friend is older than you and hers are still nice and firm. Her body is exactly as you describe.

It is not indicated if this is fictional or not so I'll assume that it is fictional. Thr story is very well written in having great description and emotion. So much for the faithful girlfriends leaving Katie at the pub. I've encountered scumbags like that and they should've been more described. Paul was a predator and Katie was a poor judge of character in her selection of friends and pubs. It certain pubs the bartenders and other staff look after their female clientele, which is good business. Katie got her cherry broke unceremoniously by a prick that won't remember her name and if he did he'd probably snub her if she showed affection.
