My initial reaction was to give this a star. However, I reconsidered before I did that. I think this was fairly well written, very few mistakes in grammar/spelling/vocab. There were a few places where the dialog was forced and stuff...not like real people would converse.

I'm choosing to see this as a wonderful base...a crust...that you are about to use to give us a great piece of work.

I am sorry you are getting the stories out of their natural chronology. Family Comfort introduces you to the primary cast, including Megan. Family Development provides greater detail and advances the story. Taylor Maid is a segue to the current story Family Weekend. They are all readable, I hope, independently, but there is an arc which also is fun to follow. :-) MP2
