I like the twists and turns you are taking with this. Good story

Sad event, but a really good turn to the story line. You have managed to write some realistic plot about how an experienced soldier would react and handle his firearms in an ambush situation. Now maybe Lily can get over her fear of Buck and his family, since they are either dead, or in prison.

The story has no ending. His depression needs to be acted on. His first girl

could help bring him out of the dark hole he is falling into. I liked the story so far

but there is more that is unwritten.

Knowing how Jon cared for Cindy ... he was falling for her. How will Jon continue on? What will Lilly do? will Jon allow her to help? Can't wait until chapter 5 is posted!!

Shoot out an Cindy's apartment. Buck's brother and father killed by Jon. Cindy killed by first shot thought the apt. door, died in hospital. Rhonda arrived at hospital from her date. Rhonda and Jon held oneanother and cryied.... So Very Sad... sqhead

I like the story, but Jon is a WP grad with combat time and sometimes you write him as being child like. Once blooded that would never happen innocence's was lost at first shot. I like that he reacted like you wrote it.
