This is such a terrible (terror-inducing, not terrible writing), erotic and decadent story at the same time, I forgot whether one was supposed to feel disgust at what the homo-sapien did with his 'too much money'. Then again, although this shifts retribution out of the picture, the boys do not seem to remember 1 single iota of their previous lives and it doesn't particularly phase them at all. Jacob did say he didn't care what creature he could be, as long as it wasn't himself.

I didn't see Liam's changing coming at all. I suppose it would have been difficult to smuggle a life-size Jacob-birdy past him and out the door and if he had been witness to the changing, he would have been one freaked out boy!

Fornication, but those changing scenes were macabre.

Reading it the second time round, the words 'cultured voice' almost made me want to vomit, now that I knew what the homo-sapien stood for. And how could Jake sell out his two friends! He even went as far as getting annoyed when Liam had a chance to escape the fate he was not yet aware of. Terror, I tell yah!

Oh: 'long term implications and effects on the human body.'. Bahahahahahah!! Cough.

Shot for story. I loved it!
