I'm sorry if you felt misled. To me, "jerk off" is a gender neutral term for masturbation. If I had wanted to indicate that she gave him a hand job, I would have used jerk off as a transitive verb and assigned him/his dick as the direct object: "Leia jerks off Lou..."
