This a horribly written piece. The constantly changing POV makes it hard to follow, and is grammatically incorrect. The sister announcing that the brother is the daddy when they never had intercourse makes me wonder if the author is a child, waiting for Christmas break to end.

Good effort with this one. Might want to proofread though. There were points where you shifted between 1st and 2nd person.

Seriously, do no commentors on this site know what a splash pregnancy is? Girl's done the manual equivalent of taking the stuff out of a condom. No, it's not as likely to work as doing the deed directly, but it's still entirely possible for it to take.

That's even something you need to worry about IRL happening to you if you're not careful. If you're going to do the deed with protection, tie off your condoms and take them with you, or you COULD be on the hook for child support to a deceptive 403.
