if you do add to this adventure--- she needs to look him up, become the seducer and create a bit of a romantic interlude where she is at least the illusion of a normal meeting and date. Even if it turns out he is still in control at the end of the date. Just an idea......

I like the idea, but it changes the dynamic entirely, and changes some of the balance of the story. Her life is basically controlled by two domineering men - her boss and the man. Her boss leaves her feeling small and terrible, the man leaves her feeling a bit frightened and exhausted from pleasure.

The narrative symmetry wouldn't allow that kind of change - without her also making similar kinds of moves with her boss. And I don't feel that's possible for her.
