Chapter 8

After a fun weekend of celebrating Max's birthday, Linda returned to campus, excited to see her roommate. They had so much to talk about since Patricia went to the big party without her.

Patricia had sent Linda a text on Saturday night, telling her that Jake was looking for her. Linda never responded, since she was getting her pussy eaten by Max when the message was sent. She would have been excited if she had seen it when she was alone. However, after such an intimate weekend with her neighbor, the excitement of Jake sort of lost its luster.

"Linda!" her roommate screamed as she walked into the dorm room.

The pretty brunette gave her roomy a big hug. "Patricia!"

"Oh, my God! I have so much to tell you! Did you get my message?"

"Yeah, sorry about that..." Linda responded, turning red from remembering what she was busy doing. "I was really busy with... family... By the time I saw it, I figured it was too late to respond."

Much to her surprise, it was a bigger deal than she ever expected. "I didn't want to bother you, but Jake was looking for you!"

"He was?" Linda asked, raising her eyebrows. She didn't want to get too excited. It was possible Jake just asked about her since he saw Patricia alone.

"Oh my God! Yes, girl!" Patricia said enthusiastically, ruining her theory. "He kept asking me about you. What you're like outside of parties, if you have a boyfriend, if you would hang out with him!"

Linda's heart jumped and her mouth almost hit the floor. "He really asked you all that?!"

"Yes! He even asked me for your number."

The cute brunette shook her head, trying to snap herself out of this dream. "Did you give it to him?"

"Of course not!"

"Okay..." Linda stomped her feet, trying to figure out her pesky roommate's plan. "And why the hell wouldn't you give him my number?"

"That's such a cop-out to ask a friend for a number," Patricia explained. "He needs to be man enough to ask you himself. You deserve it!"

"You know... I don't know why I ever doubted you," Linda responded with a laugh." "I knew there was a method to your madness."

"Don't worry, Babe. We'll see him again and he better ask you for your number. The real question is, will you give it to him?"

Originally, Linda thought it wouldn't be a good idea to give her number to a guy like Jake. But now that it was a real possibility, she realized the excitement of the opportunity. "You know? I think I will..."

--

Linda entered her room and immediately threw her backpack on the floor. With a heavy sigh, she took her shoes off and jumped into bed.

"How was class?" Patricia asked.

"Same as always; Boring!"

"Class isn't supposed to be fun."

"Yeah, but I can't believe it's only Wednesday!" Linda replied, sounding completely annoyed. "Why can't it be the weekend all the time?"

"Well, I actually have good news for you," Patricia started. "Tommy invited me to the frat house and wants me to make sure you come. I bet Jake will be there!"

"They're having a party?" Linda asked, confused. "On a Wednesday?"

"I don't know, but we're invited, and I don't feel like saying no. Are you down?"

"Of course I am!" the cute freshman cheered. Unfortunately, a thought stopped her in her tracks. "Oh, wait. I really should study. I have a test next week."

"Aw, that sucks! Well, I'm not going if you're not going. I'll text them right now."

"Wait, wait... We can go for a little bit, can't we?"

"I don't want to stop you from studying, though," the concerned roommate argued.

Linda wasn't having it and formulated a plan. "I think I could put it off for a bit."

"Are you sure?"

"Just give me one moment." Linda pulled out her phone and texted Max. Like always, she decided to lean on her responsible neighbor when she needed him the most. "Can you help me study for my midterm?"

Luckily for her, Max quickly responded. "Of course."

The fun-loving girl quickly got up to her feet and cheered, "I got everything worked out. Let's go hang out with the boys!"

--

That evening, they went to the frat house they had gone to for so many crazy parties. Much to their surprise, it looked as if nothing was going on. There weren't that many people, just a few of the guys, drinking in the living room. There was no music, no lights, no food, and no other women.

"What's going on, ladies?" one guy asked.

"Ummm, Tommy invited us," Patricia answered as they walked in hesitantly.

"I'll go grab him," the frat boy replied as he put down his beer and ran towards the bedrooms.

"I guess there isn't a party," Linda whispered to Patricia. "Are you sure this is a good idea?"

"I'm sure everything is fine!"

Tommy arrived from the back wearing a big smile. He then ran up and gave Patricia a big hug.

"Hi Tommy!" the girl said, as they embraced. "So, is there no party tonight?"

"I just thought we could hang out," Tommy answered with a genuine smirk. "And I see you brought Linda!"

"Of course I did. Why was it so important that I bring her?"

"Because..." the frat guy started as he pulled out two chairs for the ladies. "Jake really wants to see her."

The cute brunette's face became warm. "He does?!"

Tommy pulled out a couple of beers for the ladies. "Of course, he does."

They then began chit-chatting, taking the quiet moment to get to know one another. Though Tommy and Patricia wanted to talk about themselves, Linda had something more important on her mind. "So, does Jake have a girlfriend?"

"You know, I've never seen him with a girlfriend. You're the first person I've seen him really interested in."

"Is that so?" Linda asked, raising an eyebrow. "Didn't you tell me that he talks to a lot of girls?"

"I did say that," Tommy conceded. "But like I said, he was talking to them to help our fraternity parties. As far as actual interest, I've never seen him head over heels like I have with you."

Linda started blushing again at Tommy's comments. Though skeptical, it made her feel special thinking she was Jake's choice out of all the hot girls he has been around.

Suddenly, Tommy noticed his good buddy's car pulling up through the front window. He left to go see him before the girls could talk to him. "I'll be right back, ladies."

As Jake got out of his car, he noticed the younger fraternity brother coming out of the house. "What's up, bro?"

"You'll never guess; I got Patricia and Linda here! Linda can't wait to see you!"

"Good job!" Jake said with a high five. "You didn't fuck up like you did last time when you told her I talk to a lot of girls, did you?"

"I took care of it this time," Tommy assured. "I set you up nicely."

As Linda watched the boys enter the house, all her concerns suddenly vanished. Her feeling of anxiety was replaced with butterflies in her stomach as she laid her eyes on the handsome man.

"Hey Linda."

"Oh, hi Jake!" she said, mesmerized by his physique.

"I missed you last week. Where were you?"

Linda nervously chuckled at the thought of the sexy man actually missing her. "I was visiting my parents..."

"Her neighbor Max went home for his birthday, so she went home too," Patricia further explained.

Linda's face grimaced as she looked towards her roommate. She thought it was a stupid idea to bring Max up to her dream guy. Why would she say that? she thought to herself.

"Your neighbor, huh? So, this is a guy neighbor?"

"It is a guy, but you have nothing to worry about," Patricia explained. "Linda is still single and available for any hot guys who can handle her."

Good save... Linda thought, sighing in relief.

As the conversation continued on, Jake asked Linda if they could separate from the other two for a private conversation. The tall brunette agreed, eager to get some alone time with the hot stud.

Once they stepped outside, Jake poured some Jack and Coke he brought from inside. "Care to have a drink?"

"You mean you actually have more than beer this time?"

The frat boy chuckled. "I remembered you don't really like beer." He handed over the glass and with a wink, responded, "I'm prepared this time. "

"Nice to know you were thinking about me," Linda replied, trying to keep her cool as she accepted the drink.

"I just can't keep you off my mind, girl. There's something really special about you."

The brunette became completely red, and her body swayed. "You sure know how to make a girl feel good, don't you?"

The older man nodded with a slight smirk on his face. "Now I have a bone to pick with you."

"Oh, what could you possibly want with me?"

"You're over here grilling me about talking to women when you're the one going home with some guy named Max?"

"Ugh!" Linda groaned, rolling her eyes. "He's just my neighbor from back home. I don't have a car or a driver's license, so I've always depended on him for rides."

"Is that right? Well, maybe someday I'll be the one driving you around."

"I didn't really take you for the jealous type," Linda responded, making a flirty face.

"I'm usually not. But I guess I don't know how to act around someone as pretty as you."

Truthfully, Jake actually wasn't jealous. He didn't really care about this unknown neighbor. He just enjoyed playing the game and knew how to give a young girl attention.

His plan obviously worked, leaving Linda with a sense of accomplishment she never had before. She sat there, unable to believe the guy of her dreams actually wanted her.

They took this opportunity to get to know one another. He asked her about her background and what she wanted for her future. She asked about his job and what he did for fun. Along the way, Linda had several drinks and quickly became more drunk than she had ever been in her life.

Coincidentally, Jake was from a city not too far from Linda's hometown. However, they never had an opportunity to run into each other because of the age difference.

Everything about Jake impressed the young woman. She liked that he played football and baseball in high school, and that he was still in such good shape. She liked that he was so active in his fraternity. Most impressive of all, she liked that he was a successful sales associate at a big gym.

Humbly, Jake dropped how much money he made, which of course wowed the eighteen-year-old freshman.

"That's really cool! You make all that money and you get to work out?"

"It's the perfect job. You should check out my gym sometime."

"Is it better than the one on campus?"

Jake busted out laughing at the young woman's nonsense. "You are so funny! I'll take you sometime and you can see what a real gym looks like."

"That would be pretty fun," Linda responded, admiring Jake's defined arms. She could only imagine what the rest of his body looked like.

Jake smiled, and it looked as if there was a sparkle in his eye. "Sounds like a date."

Linda matched Jake with a smile of her own. She then covered her face, hoping to hide how red she was from the cool frat boy. "Sounds like it."

"So, when are you going to let me have your number?"

"I don't know. When are you going to ASK for my number?"

"I was going to do it last week, but you didn't show up at the party. I asked Patricia but she wouldn't give it to me."

"What a coward move!" Linda joked. "How dare you ask my roommate instead of me? You should have asked for my number a long time ago."

Jake chuckled, scratching his head. He liked the confidence and spunk from the younger woman. "Well, I hope I haven't missed my shot."

Fortunately for the older guy, Linda was still willing to give him her number. However, the alcohol started to kick in and was too much for her to handle. She was giggling and saying things even she wasn't brave enough to say.

"You're really hot!" she shouted out of nowhere.

"There it is!" Jake exclaimed, pointing at the drunk girl.

"There what is?"

"I knew you were interested in me. It was only a matter of time before you admitted it."

"I didn't say I was interested in you," Linda argued. "Maybe I just think you're attractive."

"So why do you think I'm attractive?" Jake asked, egging her on to stroke his ego.

"I like your style," the freshman started, unable to hide her blush any longer. "And I like that you are tall and muscular. Exactly how tall are you, by the way?"

"I'm six, two."

"See I like that! I like the idea of wearing heels with my man and not having to worry about them looking short."

"Is that a problem you've had with your previous boyfriends?"

Linda suddenly paused, unable to think straight from the alcohol. "I've actually never had a boyfriend before."

"You haven't?! How is that possible? You're so sexy!"

"I'm so WHAT?" Linda asked, wanting to hear it again. It was the type of compliment that Max never had the balls to give her.

"You're so sexy," the confident frat guy repeated. "I can't believe you haven't had a boyfriend before!"

"Guys want me," Linda boasted. "I guess I'm just picky."

"Well then, I'm honored that you are so interested in me."

"You should be honored," Linda said, gazing at the hot guy.

"So, you admit it!" Jake yelled. "You are interested in me."

"Ugh! Okay, you got me. When I was in high school, I was surrounded by losers. I always imagined myself with a big stud like you."

They eventually found themselves sitting side by side. The closer they got physically; the more Jake realized the connection he had with the eighteen-year-old. Linda was no longer the only one who felt special.

He closed his eyes and leaned in for a kiss. Without realizing she'd decided to, Linda closed her eyes and kissed him back. They shared a subtle embrace as they locked lips and explored their new physical relationship.

Though she could see fireworks from the kiss, she couldn't help but feel a little guilty. Jake seems to really know what he was doing, she thought. Why should I feel bad when this is what I've always wanted?

When Jake slipped his tongue in her mouth, emotion and alcohol took Linda over. She began kissing him with all the passion in the world, not caring about consequences any longer.

Once they were done making out, Linda was left bright red in the face. She started giggling and tried to hide her rosy cheeks again. "Either I'm really drunk or you're a very good kisser."

"I think it's both," Jake said, putting his elbow on the table. You're also a good kisser. I wouldn't mind doing that again."

It was just the cue Linda needed to kiss her dream guy again., this time with even more intensity than the first. She realized how aroused she was, and could only imagine how amazing sex with the mature man would be.

Things didn't go that far, fortunately. Jake noticed how intoxicated the young woman was. "I think I should take you home now."

"What?! Why?!" Though Linda knew she was drunk, she didn't want to leave just yet.

"I'm just afraid you've had too much to drink," Jake answered, putting his hand on her shoulder. "I wouldn't want to take advantage of you. Not like this."

"Such a gentleman!" the young woman said, a bit impressed. "Maybe you're not the sleazeball I thought you were."

Jake wrapped his arm around Linda and walked her back into the house, where they met up with Tommy and Patricia. "I'm going to take her home. I think she had a little too much to drink."

"Oh, no! Linda, are you okay?" Patricia reacted.

"She's fine," Jake assured. "She just needs to get some sleep. I'll drop you both off at your dorm."

"I can walk her back," Patricia suggested. "We walked here. It's not too far from here."

"It's pretty late and dark outside. Just hop in my car and I'll take you guys home."

Linda and Patricia eventually agreed to Jake's proposal. However, Tommy decided not to go because he needed to study.

The girls were both impressed with the older guy's luxury vehicle. He bragged about it the entire ride, explaining that he's friends with a car salesman who got him a great deal. However, the only thing Linda could think about was how much nicer it was than Max's little car.

When they got to the dorm, Jake walked both of the girls all the way inside and to their door. Like a gentleman, he didn't ask to be invited in. "I just wanted to make sure you got home safely."

"Thanks for bringing us home," Patricia said as she held on to her tired roommate. "Tell Tommy I said good luck on his midterm!"

Linda's eyes shot wide open. Hearing that made her remember her own midterm that she needed to study for. Hopefully, I won't be too hungover tomorrow, she thought.

Jake wished them a good night, scoring points with both Patricia and Linda. When he got back to the frat house, Tommy greeted him and expressed how impressed he was.

"I'm surprised you didn't nail her tonight. She was all over you!"

The tall and handsome man just looked back with a sly smile on his face. "Watch and learn, young grasshopper. I know what I'm doing."

--

The next morning, Linda woke up with an enormous headache. She crawled out of bed just in time to make it to class. Unfortunately, her hangover proved much too painful. Not only did she leave her first class early, but she also decided to skip the rest of her classes for the day.

In the quiet area of the dorm, Max waited patiently for their study date. Knowing he was going to see Linda when she was done with class put him in a good mood.

As he sat at the table, getting his items ready, he thought about how much his relationship with his brunette neighbor had truly progressed. Only when they were little kids had he ever enjoyed spending time with her. Now he couldn't wait to jump at any opportunity to be around her.

Linda opened him up to so many new experiences. As an introvert, he would have never gone out and had so much fun. And as a modest young man, he could have never imagined having such wild sex.

Though he enjoyed some pretty kinky aspects, it comforted him to know he didn't have to be embarrassed with Linda. More importantly, his hot neighbor was always willing to take care of his needs.

Eventually, he glanced at the time and realized his study partner was tardy. It wasn't abnormal for her to run late, but he expected her to say something by now.

He sent a few text messages but no response. Maybe she's busy, he thought to himself. Or maybe she had to stay after class.

I'll just wait a little longer. If she doesn't show up, I'll go to her room to check on her.

--

Hoping to cure her migraine, Linda turned off the lights and took a nap. She slept through her alarms and text messages but was awakened by a phone call.

"Hello?" she answered with a groggy voice.

"Linda? Are you okay?"

Her eyes popped wide open once she recognized the voice. She scrambled to get herself together and not sound so miserable. "Hello Jake!"

"How are you doing," Linda?"

"I'm fine... I was just taking a nap. What's going on?"

"I thought I'd check up on you."

Linda sat up and brushed her hair out of her face. The idea of Jake checking in on her, gave her the energy she needed. "You really are a gentleman, aren't you?"

"I sure am! Now what room number was yours again?"

"Room number?" the disheveled freshman asked. "Where are you exactly?"

"I got into your dorm. Someone opened the door for me, but I can't remember which room I dropped you off at last night."

"You're here?!" Linda frantically got up, trying to put herself together before seeing her crush. There was no time to dress up or do her makeup. She gathered herself the best she could before slowly opening the door and poking her head out.

There he was, the guy of her dreams, looking handsome as always while she felt like trash. Why does he have to see me like this? she asked herself.

"Linda?"

Ugh! He saw me! She thought, before slowly opening the door even further and revealing the rest of herself. "Hi Jake..."
