Okay, I had to stop the moment you said one guy made out with a girl he has known for years, but got in trouble because she turned out to be a minor with a fake ID? That is ludicrously stupid and unrealistic. If he has known her for years HE WOULD KNOW SHE IS A MINOR even if she had a fake ID. Assuming the girl is just one year below the age of consent, if he had known her for years he would still know her age, or at the very least her approximate age, from when he met her. Yes, he'd still be in a lot of trouble if he didn't know her in the same scenario, but someone he's known for years he would, or should know she was a minor.

Something else I didn't add to my earlier criticism, he took her back to her dorm after their date. What fucking dorm? If she is a minor, even one attending early college classes, she wouldn't live in the dorm on campus. She'd still love at home. If the dorm was for a private school, that would b a dead giveaway that she was a minor. Also, she called the cops on him because he respected her and left when she changed her mind and said no because she thought he was a loser? That's lazy ass writing making up an unrealistic scenario that has absolutely no relevance to the story.
