This was a very enjoyable read! Hoping for a part 2 :)

Of course a cool story about a literal wishing well would involve gender bending, fs

The wizard that created the spell producing the green ray had to be the laziest person ever conceived.

He might not have been powerful enough to load it with magic, so the Wiz tied it to solar power, creating the most inconvenient of magics to use. I hope he accidentally turned himself into a hat.

By the way, it Was a fun read and well worth the time.
