I know people get off on this, but let us be real. No lawyer would erase that picture. It incriminated him. Not only for forcing sex on her, but for the act of sending the picture. Even if she enjoyed it, she actually then OWNED him. Nope, NO lawyer would have erased it, they would have kept it as protection.
