There are more chapters to come. I've also refined Ch. 01 to allow for a better transition.

I want to keep a fairly accurate count of readers that leave comments. This is just a personal preference.

If there are 5 anonymous comments, it could be that any number of readers up to 5 have left those comments.

Chapter 02 is on the way. I revised chapter one, but the old version was never replaced. Not sure what to do about that.
