Glad to see you restarting this series! It was always one of my favorites!

I check all the time of an update and nearly screamed when I saw one. The writing is still super descriptive and great! I can totally see why Janine ran after finding out she was pregnant (at least that's what I am assuming) and never telling him.about Skye. Dude is a crazy, psychotic maniac. That whole blood as lube thing almost made me throw up but shows how unhinged he is. My question is why she went back voluntarily and did she think it was only for a short amount of time? I might have to reread because I don't know who this Dupont person is. Nicolas is going to kill whoever, even if he is just a kid, tries to come after Skye. Does she know he loves her? Super excited to read the next update.

OH. MY. GOD. You’re back! This is back!!! I am in love with this story. Your writing is phenomenal . The use of another person’s blood for lube is truly vile but I loved it. Skye and her morner, Janine, basically found the same type of men with Nicolas and Christian. How will her mother react to Nicolas if she notices the same attributes?

Daniel brings to mind that quote, 'the road to Auschwitz was paved with indifference, " and Nickolas is just a selfish psychopath. They're both total pieces of shit. I was hoping the story would end with the relevation that Skye only gave the douche twins the time of day because she knew she needed help with her mom's situation, and after they help get her mom back she ditches em both for a hotter/nicer dude and they kill themselves for being irredeemably shitty.

Didn't expect two sociopaths in the same story but nope you went there. So now we have Skye forgiving Nickolas and Daniel all the while her mother is stuck with her psychotic murderous husband. That explains why she left Skye, the bakery and her life in such a hurry. It can only get better. Patiently waiting for the next few chapters to be posted. Make it rain Darkhime.
