What was Carrie’s childhood like?
Does Richard feel no regrets at all?
Any ghosts from their pasts that could haunt them?
And what about conflict? If everyone’s happy and content forever why continue the tale?
I’m hoping the next chapter is something more than an idyllic sex romp on the beach for multiple pages.
Even with three lovers, there’s a finite number of ways they can fuck without adding EXTREME kink, which certainly wouldn’t fit the tone of the piece.
