Size the spiral as large on your screen as you can (as long as it has smooth rotation). On Windows based computers you may need to open the gif in windows explorer or it may not animate.

Start clothed, I'll undress you. If wearing headphones you'll hear the tone that will draw you deeper. If the tone bothers you use speakers (I've made it so it cancels itself out...or should on most systems). I'd recommend headphones for the best effect though. That being said:
