I know this bar and these people. Not literally, but it was like being 22 and back in my dive bar where everybody knew my name.

Great story so far. Is there more. So much more to this couple.

Absolutely told a story in 2 pages but much more latitude to make an epic story. Though sometimes life is like that. A long term mutual infatuation is felt , just spurned by happenstance and timing. 5 stars.

I have to agree with the others. This is so amazing. The writing is solid as a rock, and it doesn't need all the background bells and whistles to draw the reader in; you're in it within the first paragraph. Who hasn't been there? And who doesn't want to go back, at least, if nothing else, just for a little trip down memory lane? Words fail in praise of this. Gotta love it, plain and simple.
