Fun story with a classic premise. I do think there are some issues though, mainly in the first 3-5 "pages" that I think would have been resolved by answering some basic questions about the situation sooner. Of course, not everything could make sense early on because information was being withheld, but addressing some of the basics earlier on would have smoothed things out a bit. Overall I'm interested in reading part 2 when it's ready.
