Click hereI'm a big fan of ASMR and listen to/view a lot of it. I'm immune to the "tingles", but I listen to it most nights for relaxation, and as an aid to fall asleep. I especially like binaural audio and have heard/seen many breathing audios/vids. I usually enjoy them very much. I can understand that this one might work to help some people fall asleep just due to the sheer repetition of it. However, I found it to be boring. It was literally "in one ear and out the other" for an hour (left ear - breathe in : right ear - breathe out). It seemed artificial and failed to draw me in.
I would have liked it better if you would have spent a bit of time breathing in and out of one ear, then switched to the other for a time, then back again, etc. Also, I like a little bit of occasional blowing into the mic, because it sounds like you are right there breathing into my ear. It lends an intimacy to it, like you are cuddled up with me in bed. (I always listen to audios/ASMR through ear buds, even when going to sleep.) A few "mmm"s, "aah"s, soft murmurs or such along the way would have been nice, too, for a more natural sound. These types of things would have lent a more comforting environment in which to drift off to sleep.
I've always liked your other audios and ASMR offerings, but this one fell short of the mark for me. It seemed uninspired. I know you didn't tag this specifically as ASMR, but even as a simple sleep aid, it didn't work for me.
