Good story I am really intrigued on what happens next . I would give it a 5 if there was alittle more open dialogue between the characters . Only my opinion. Please continue with the story with how you want to right it.

It happens and this story I think is close to what many times happens. The father is reluctant until he knows that his daughter really wants it.

As close to reality as I can imagine it. And, yes, I think she would wear her glasses.

Nicely written. One of the best. Keep the glasses. Adds an edge.
