She collapsed on top of him weakly as he kept lightly licking her slit up and down. She lightly licked his cock the same way, each of them trying to prolong the pleasure.

Finally, she rolled off him and turned around to face him. He kissed her letting their tongues play as he tasted his own cum. He didn't care, it wasn't the first time and sure wouldn't be the last. Then he gasped out to her, "I love you kitten, I'm sorry I couldn't warn you I was cumming, it just caught me off guard."

Katja smiled and kissed him again. "That's all right love, I don't mind every now and then. You actually didn't taste to bad today."

She reached over and grabbed a bottle of water and handed hm some tissues to wipe her juices off his face where he couldn't reach with his tongue. She took a drink and handed it to him to drink some.

She set it back on the table and snuggled up to him as she stroked his chest and stomach as she kissed him. He kissed her and stroked her back and then her tail as it curled up to him.

"Ummm, I love when you stroke my tail. It feels so good."

Erik grinned, "I know, that's why I do it. I love your tail kitten."

She kissed him smiled. "It's almost dinner time love, what say we clean up and get changed. I'm getting a little hungry." She licked his ear and bit lightly on his ear lobe. "Then we can finish this up after dinner."

Erik grinned, "Okay, that's sounds good to me." The he reached down to run his finger between her lips. The he brought up to suck her juice off it. "As long as I can get more dessert."

Katja grinned and reached down massage his balls. "And I want more of this."

Erik grinned, "Kitten, you can have anything you want." He kissed her and then they just held and stroked each other for a bit, just wanting to be in contact with each other. They finally got up and went to clean up and get dressed.

They headed on down to the ding hall and met the rest of them there. About half-way through, uncle Geoff came in with Cruz and came over to great them.

"So, I hear you both brought house's today." He said grinning. "What happened? I thought you were going to build one?"

Erik grinned, "We were, but this one was just too good to pass up for the price. By the time we brought the land and built something, we'd be into it almost twice what we paid for the one we brought. It just needs a little work and bunch of maintenance, plus the upgrades we want. We have to stop back tomorrow afternoon to sign all the paperwork, but we should own it in about six weeks once they get all the paperwork work done."

Geoff smiled, "Well that's wonderful for you. Tony, Ariel, you about the same?"

Tony nodded, "Just about, ours is smaller and it doesn't need as much work. We still need to do a little and the upgrades of course, but we're good." Then he laughed, "Oh and the answer is yes, we'll be transferring here to."

Geoff laughed, "Yes, I sort of figured that. Well, congratulations to all of you. Are you all ready for the meeting tomorrow?"

Erik, Tony and Azlan said they were. Then Erik asked, "Is there going to be some problems sir? We all sort of got the feeling there might be."

Geoff rocked his hand back and forth. "Maybe with one of the contractors, I don't get... what is it you humans say? "A warm fuzzy feeling" when I talk with him."

Erik nodded, "Don't worry sir, we'll take care of it if there is." Then he smiled, "Ah, just don't take anything we say at face value if you know what I mean."

Geoff smiled, "More of the, "I don't care if they love me, as long as they fear me."

Erik smiled and nodded. "Something like that."

He smiled, "Well, that's one of the reasons why I wanted you there."

Erik grinned, "Remember this sir, with the amount of money were spending on this, we own them and we can go to anyone we want. They're hurting around here, that's why we got the houses so cheap. So, if one them starts playing games, we play our own."

Uncle Geoff smiled and nodded his understanding. "Well, you enjoy your dinner, we need ours also. We'll see you all tomorrow at nine."

As Geoff and Cruz walk to the serving line, Cruz said. "I'm still really glad he's on our side Geoff. I almost feel sorry for them."

Geoff smiled, "My friend, I give thanks to the Goddess everyday he is."

They all finished dinner and they decided to take a walk to enjoy the night. It was beautiful out as they walked over to the park area under a starlit sky.

They got there and all sat to talk for a bit before going to their quarters. They talked about a few things and then Erik asked Azlan and Helen, "So, are you guys going to look for something around here?"

Helen said, "Not yet, were still thinking about it. We'll get an apartment when we get back and then we'll use one of the houses here until we decide like we talked about. We haven't figured out if we want to live here or someplace else after everything's done. So, we thought we'd just wait."

Then Azlan added, "Plus, we also don't have a clue what we'll be doing after the town is finally done."

Erik nodded his understanding. "That's something we all need to decide. I'm not sure just what else is planned for afterwards. We've talked about starting our own business, a repair shop for construction equipment and such. We figured it would be us four and some guys we know and some of the repair crews. But it's still too early to figure out yet."

He laughed, "However, every time I think I'm done, Uncle Geoff finds another reason to keep us around. I guess Katja and I will play it by ear."

"But, something else to remember, if you do want to stay here, it's the perfect time to look for a place if you're not staying in the town itself. The economy is depressed around here right now. But once the town opens up, it's likely to take off again."

Tony nodded, "That's why we decided to buy the house, we didn't want to live in the town, but on the outskirts. We're looking at it like an investment, if we eventually decide we don't want to stay here, we could sell the house for almost double what we paid for it, if the prices go back up to where they were."

They talked some more and then they all decided to head back to their quarters. Erik grabbed a coffee and some tea for Katja, then head to their rooms. Just like if they were home, they sat on the couch to watch some TV curled up together. Once they finished, Katja sat in Erik's lap and held him for a while. Erik loved when she did this, he loved being able to hold her and stroked her as they sat together. He also loved that it made it easier to breathe in her scent that he loved so much.

Katja smiled as she felt her mates cock harden against her bottom as he held her. She got an evil grin and move slightly back and forth on him and stretched to lie across him with her head in his lap. Still grinning she purred lightly vibrating his cock as she laid her head on it.

Erik grinned, he knew what she was doing and he purred a bit himself when she started. He reached down to stroke her head. "You're such a tease kitten, you know that don't you?"

Katja grinned up at him, "And you love every minute of it don't you?"

He smiled and stroked her, "Of course I do, I wasn't complaining, it was a question."

He pulled her up to him and kissed her, "I do so love you."

She kissed him back, "I love you also, but aren't we supposed to be doing something right now?"

He stood and carried her in to bedroom, "I suppose you mean this."

She smiled. "Yes, you read my mind." She said as she caressed his face.

They got up the next morning at their normal time. Since Erik had to go to the meeting, they had kept their lovemaking to one time. Though he did promise her a lot more tonight.

They went down to breakfast after they got dressed. Luckily, Erik had brought his uniform with him. He thought uncle Geoff would rope him into attending at least one of the meetings.

Uncle Geoff had walked in to the dining hall and smiled as he saw Erik in his uniform. He came over and greeted them and asked, "More human intuition Lieutenant?"

"No sir, premonition. You were smiling when you told me about it." Erik said grinning.

Geoff smiled, "Very good Lieutenant, carry on."

Erik looked at Katja and grinned. "I love him so much."

Katja smiled back, "He feels the same way about you my mate. He really does look on you as a son you know."

They finished up and sat talking while having a second cup of tea and coffee. Then he asked, "You have any plans this morning love?"

Katja nodded, "Ariel is going to meet me and were going to discuss what we want to do to our respective houses. We're looking to bounce ideas off each other. Then were going to do a little research on the area."

Erik nodded, "Good idea, make a list so I can add my ideas also. We should have a better idea this afternoon when we can start. And how to do it."

Then he turned to Azlan and Tony, "Well I guess we should head over to the office, you ready?"

They nodded and then they headed out. Then Erik asked, "Helen already head over?"

Azlan nodded, "Yes, she said she wanted to get everything set up for uncle Geoff, before the contractors get there."

Once they got there, they headed to the conference room and found uncle Geoff, Cruz and some more of the Australian crew there.

Erik walked up, "Good morning sir. How are you today?"

Uncle Geoff smiled as he turned, "Senior Lieutenant Woodes, good morning to you also. I'm doing well and you?"

Erik nodded stoically, "Fine sir."

Then Geoff greeted the others, "Lieutenant Azlan, Mr. Wargan, good morning to you also."

They both returned the greeting and Uncle Geoff said, "We should start soon, there is fresh tea or coffee if you wish."

They thanked him and went to get some coffee before the meeting started. They talked as they sipped their coffee and in about ten minutes, the contractors showed up. Erik watched as they came over and greeted the various people. Erik identified the two main contractors. One was youngish and the other was an older man that he disliked on sight. He had seen his type before working for other companies, he reminded Erik of a stereotypical shady used car salesman.

They also got some coffee and talked a little before everyone sat at the table. On their side of it sat the Lyonness that were handling the contracts, Uncle Geoff and Commander Cruz. They were also joined by the rest of the Australian crew and of course Erik and his crew. That was how he had started to think of Azlan and Tony, his crew since three of them would be overseeing much of the work.

Uncle Geoff introduced everyone, though he did omit the role Erik and the others would doing.

The younger contractor started first going over everything his company was bidding on. He would be taking care of demolishing the buildings and other structures, redoing the roads and sidewalks that needed it and other things they wanted added or modified, like parks, landscaping and things of that nature. They would also be erecting some other building once it was decided what they needed and wanted as they went along. His company had no problem with this and the price and timeline could be decided later.

He sounded to Erik like he knew what he doing and talking about. The graphs he put up showing the timelines, the start and finish dates were clear and concise. He knew he was going to have no trouble from his company. He looked at Tony and Azlan to see what they thought and they nodded yes imperceptibly.

They took a fifteen-minute break to get coffee and make head calls while the other one was setting up his presentation.

Once everyone was seated again. the older man started. His company was going to be taking care of converting and upgrading the housing and other building. When he started to talk about schedules, he seemed vague on some of it. There was a lot of "Well that depends and we'll have to see how it progresses." Erik had a feeling that they really had no plan and would just start wherever and whenever they could. Then he said they would have to increase the price due to having to train people to install some of the "alien" devices such as conversion to the cleansing units and things like that. The price he wants to add was outrageous.

Erik figured it was time to open his mouth and smack this guy down. Erik turned to Uncle Geoff and said formally, "Commander, permission to speak?"

Uncle Geoff turned to him with a slight smile on his face. "Permission granted Lieutenant Woodes."

Erik picked up a copy of the contract, then calmly said, "Sir, this is a piece of trash, and I'd advise not even considering it without some major changes first. There're no timelines, no start and stop dates, it's not specific enough about what will be done and what penalties will be levied if they're not. Also, the addition of the training and extra costs to install "Alien devices" is simply ludicrous." He took the copy and ripped it in half and tossed it on the table.

The contractor started to bluster that maybe Erik wasn't familiar with what was involved and similar bullshit. Erik looked at him and smirked, "Sir, I'll have you know that I was a US Navy SEABEE for eight years before I went into the civilian construction trade. The "Alien devices" you need training on can be installed by any competent electrician in one hour. I know this because I modified my own bathrooms with them for my wife."

He took a drink of water, "Something else I think you should understand, the commander here and most of these others are nice forgiving and accepting people. I, on the other hand can be an asshole. And when this all starts, I'm the one you'll answer too as I'll be overseeing all this along with my associates here, Lieutenant Azlan and Mr. Wargan. So, you have two choices, you pull out another contact that actually lists the correct costs along with everything else that should be in it. Perhaps look at the one Mr. Reilly submitted, to see how one should be done properly. Or leave, now."

Then he turned to uncle Geoff, "Commander, if you wish, I can have Mr. Wargan here contact his previous employer to bid on this if you wish if Mr. Armstrong doesn't come up with the correct paperwork." He smiled, "I'm sure they'd be more than happy to take this all over."

Uncle Geoff looked at the papers in his hand, then at the clock. "Thank you Lieutenant, I think we'll take a fifteen-minute break to give Mr. Armstrong time to look for the correct paperwork before we make any decision."

Erik nodded, "Yes sir, as you wish." Erik stood and picked up the contract he tore in half and on his way to get some coffee, he casually tossed it in the trash bin.

He got his coffee and waited for Azlan and Tony to get theirs. He motioned them to follow him outside and the three of them walked out. Once they were outside, he smiled as did Tony and Azlan.

Tony chuckled, "I thought that shit-bird was going have a heart attack when you slapped him down my brother."

Azlan laughed also, "My dear brother, remind me not to get on your bad side."

Erik grinned, "So, what do you think, is he going to come up with another? Or should we smack him around some more?"

Tony nodded, "I think he will, but I see no reason not to put the fear of God into him. I tell you what, I've never met anyone I couldn't stand on first sight until today."

Azlan nodded, "Yes, I agree Tony. He made my skin crawl."

They talked for a few more minutes, then Uncle Geoff and Cruz came out to join them. He smiled at Erik, "He's been on the phone since you walked out Erik. He's frantic." Then he laughed and said, "You did wonderful son, thank you. What do you think will happen next?"

Erik grinned, "Your welcome uncle, I think when we reconvene, he'll apologize saying that he called up his company and asked them what the deal was giving him the wrong contract to submit. Then he'll either have another copy or he'll say they're emailing it to him and could we please be patient till it comes in or that he just got it. I'd put my money on the last one, that way he'll blame some clerk in the company."

Uncle Geoff nodded, "I think your right son. We're going to head back in, I want some tea before we start. We'll see you in there."

Erik and others nodded. As Geoff and Cruz started to walk away, he heard Cruz say to uncle Geoff, "Geoff, that is one dangerous human. I said it before and I'll say it again, I'm glad he's on our side. Do you think I could borrow him for a while?"

They headed back in and Erik refilled his coffee before sitting down again. They started and just like Erik had predicted, the contractor apologized and blamed one of the people in his company for giving him the wrong contract, the one he received was a draft and not the final. "I don't know that much about the work, I just present it."

"I'm still waiting on it to be sent to me, I told them go over before they sent it to make sure everything was correct and what needed to be there."

Erik tried to keep a smirk off his face and maintain his poker-face.

Uncle Geoff smiled slightly, "Then perhaps we should break for lunch early to give Mr. Armstrong time to receive the correct contract. Let's say we continue this at twelve-thirty, will that give you enough time sir?"

Mr. Armstrong nodded, "Yes, I believe I should have it by then. Thank you." He stuffed some papers in his briefcase, then exited the room. Quickly.

Erik and Uncle Geoff were talking when Mr. Reilly came up. He offered his hand to Erik, grinning, "Well played sir, as they say."

Erik grinned back, "Thank you Mr. Reilly."

He smiled and said, "Since we'll be working together on this when it starts, please call me Bill."

Erik grinned, "If that's the case, just call me Erik. I enjoyed your presentation Bill, I always figured that if I have no questions after one, it's good. I think we'll get along well when I take over the oversite. When we get closer to starting, we should sit down and discuss a few things and the rest of my crew will be here also. They are all former SEABEE's that myself and Mr. Wargan served with. The Commander here requested it so there would be someone around who knew the process and be able to take care of any problems that will arise."

Erik grinned again, "I also felt that working with someone with a similar background makes things go a lot smoother." He smiled, "Unlike working with a used-car salesman."

Bill snorted out a laugh, and nodded his understanding.

Then Erik asked, "What I don't understand is why you didn't try for both contracts?"

Bill sighed, "People. We just didn't have the personal for both. When the base closed and everything went sort of downhill. A lot of good people left the area. I wish we could have, but we don't like bidding on something if we can't follow through it. We pride ourselves on our work."

Erik nodded his understanding. "Well, once we get further along, maybe some more will return and we'll be able to work together on other things that I'm sure will come up along the way."

Then he turned to uncle Geoff, "Well, if you'll excuse me, I think I'll go and see how my mate is doing and have lunch with her." He smiled, "She's at the point now that she doesn't like it when I'm away too long."

Geoff smiled, "Yes, go ahead Erik. And tell my niece I won't keep you away from her any longer than necessary." He grinned, "They all get like that during this stage of the pregnancy."

Erik nodded, "So I've been told sir. Bill, I look forward to working with you." And he headed back to his quarters.

He opened the door and saw Katja sitting at the desk and she had her computer opened. She smiled as she looked up and saw him. She stood and hurried to her mate and hugged him.

Erik smiled and kissed her, "How are you kitten?"

Katja grinned, "Better now that you're here, I missed you. Are you all done?"
