I’d love to hear about Steve and Amanda’s trip, her meeting his and Laura’s parents, and especially the visit to her final resting place. Maybe Laura’s Cardinal will be there with his Mate…just reaffirming Laura’s love.

I lost my wife almost 7 years ago now and this story has renew my faith that I have another soul mate out there. I too have seen a Cardinal when I visit her grave. Funny coincidence is our boys school mascot is a Cardinal. Then you for a beautiful story. 5 stars!

Again It is a great story

I do wonder about the change from Cardinals to shooting stars, I know Montana hasn't seen a Cardinal in many decades, you did your homework.

As a reader I wish you had been a hand off from a Cardinal to shooting stars both are strong symbols but since Cardinals are not nocturnal that might be a hard hand off.

IMHO, you might want to consider dropping the "of" from "inside of me / her". My two-cents' worth.
