The use of including me, the reader, as second person in a story doesn't work for me. I feel like I'm being manipulated. I resist being manipulated and never get into the story. Sorry, but I stopped reading after the 4th paragraph. I think a lot of other readers feel the same way. Stories will work much better if you take a little time to develop fictitious characters. You can, however, use yourself as first person if the story can be taken as a real life experience. The readers will identify with the characters all by themselves if the story sucks them in like it should.
