as usual I like your story, but you use a lot of unnecessary commas.

Thanks for the comment. I seem to be over-reacting to an editor advising me to use more commas. I had a lot of run on sentences. Perhaps British sentences are longer than US ones? I don't mean prisons either! I'm not doing bad for someone who had their education abruptly stopped at 15. I went to about ten different schools before that which was a bad disruption. I'm just lucky it was in Australia, as they have a high standard of education without the harsh discipline of South Africa. In the UK it seems to be a mess that teachers cope with admirably. Thanks again for the comment as it is always appreciated. I have learn't a lot from Litorotica readers.
