"But you do love Linda? You have said you do in front of all of us?"

"I do. It is not the type of love I have for Dawn or the girls. Dawn and her great-grandfather explained it as an old, deep love that cannot be forgotten. It is true love, but Linda and I understand that it is just something different."

"More like how you love someone that has died?"

"No. It is quite different. We do love each other, but it is more of an attachment between us, but even that is not right. Dawn and I have had some long talks about it, and also with Rachel and Linda. It troubled Rachel for a while, but she seems to understand it. The love I have for Linda does not take away from the love I have for Dawn and the girls. Even though it is still a deep emotional love. Like Dawn says, it just exists on a different plane. Dawn says I will grow to understand things like this more."

"Why? Or, I guess how?"

"I asked great-grandmother that question. She said that how the girls are developing from being around Dawn and me, I will change from being around our children. She said we will all change, and it is due to the family bond of love. She explained it like how Dawn developed during her years of Summers on the reservation. Until she began to love being with her great-grandparents and understood how much it meant to her, she was held back from further development at a young age. Once she learned that, her abilities developed exponentially with time. It seems to me that as we all experience more together, it somehow encourages our progress. I'm not going to try and figure it out anymore."

"I look forward to it, son."

"I do, too, I think."

"Can I ask you something then? What has changed between us since we make love now?"

I looked at my mom and smiled.

"You tell me, mom."

I waited, and she smiled.

"I think I get it now," she replied.

"You couldn't explain it to someone else, could you?"

"No!"

"Welcome to my world, mom."

She leaned over and kissed me.

Everyone else started coming to the kitchen. My mom and I cooked for everyone.

After breakfast, I walked down to the hangar to check on some things. I was cleaning up, making room for the tractor. We had a lot of empty boxes from deliveries of equipment. I needed to let our parents entertain my girls for a few hours.

Around 10:30, my dad came into the hangar.

"What are you working on?" He asked.

"Just tinkering and playing. I was going to let you all entertain them for a while."

"Are you getting stressed out, son?"

"Not really. The girls have just been a little demanding lately."

"I bet. Afraid that is not going to change."

"I'm okay. I just thought a little me time would be nice while I can."

"Nothing wrong with that."

"I am making room and cleaning up some of the empty boxes before they bring the tractor next week."

"Are you going to keep it in here?"

"Yes. We made sure the hangar was big enough for a large tractor. The one I got is pretty big. They said it would be big enough to pull all the large implements."

"What about mowing?"

"It will have a 16-foot finishing mower and an 8-foot bush hog. That will work on all the rough stuff. They have a used reel mower that is 16-foot that will work great for the good short grass areas. I also got a 60-inch riding mower for around the house and to pull a leaf vacuum."

"Sounds like you got everything you need."

"I went a little overboard. Got equipment for the garden and some things to clean up the land around here. Ended up spending about $290,000."

"Must be a hell of a tractor!"

"Tractor was only about $150,000, but it is nice. Look at this brochure."

I handed him a brochure, and we looked.

"Air conditioned!"

"And a serious stereo!" We laughed about that.

"If I am going to be home more, I want to take care of things here. I can help Linda and Rachel clean up their land, too."

"That will be good."

We went through all the brochures I had brought back from the Kubota place.

"I just wanted to check on you," my dad said.

"Thanks. I'll be up before lunch."

He headed back to the house.

*****

I walked back up to the house from the hangar a little before noon. It was about 65 degrees, and when I got to the patio, Amy and Samantha were lying naked in the sun with my mom and Amelia.

"We won't get many more warm days like this," I said as I looked at Amelia as she lay back in the recliner naked.

"No, we want," she said with a smile.

I went inside, stopped in the kitchen, and grabbed a water bottle. I heard Dawn moan and turned to look. She was straddling her dad's lap while my dad had his cock in her ass. The three of them worked slowly as Ann sat next to them naked on the sofa. Ann had her fingers in her pussy as she watched. I stood and watched as Dawn wiggled slowly while my dad slid his cock in and out of her ass.

I had been watching for a few minutes when Ann looked up at me and smiled. She motioned for me to join them, but I smiled at her and went back outside. My mom was faced down between Amy's legs while Amelia was eating Samantha. I watched for a few minutes, then Amelia looked up at me and smiled. She then pulled her knees under her so her ass was in the air as she put her mouth back on Samantha's pussy. I got behind her and pushed my sweatpants down, and slid my cock into her pussy. She moaned as I slowly slid in and out for a long time as Samantha got off over and over.

Once the five of us had a good time, we went in to eat a late lunch. Ann was in the kitchen naked, making sandwiches. Dawn was sitting at the bar.

"Do you all want something to eat?" Ann asked. Amelia and my mom joined Ann in making sandwiches.

I sat next to Dawn. She leaned over, and kissed her.

"Have a good time?" I asked.

"Oh, yes."

Charlie and my dad came from my study and stood in the kitchen with all of us as we ate. I was enjoying looking at Ann's naked body.

After everyone settled down, once they were finished with lunch, I went to my study to check my email. Dawn came in a few minutes later.

"Are you okay?" She asked and sat on the sofa.

"Sure. Why?"

"Your dad said you were in the hangar cleaning up. Did you need to get away from everyone?"

"I went down to get all the empty boxes out and make room."

"That wouldn't have taken all morning."

"I just needed some alone time while everyone else is here. Is that okay?"

"Of course. I just wish you would talk to me if you need to?"

"It has just been so hectic...I needed to take a breath."

"Okay. If you need to talk, you know where I am."

Dawn stood to leave.

"Hey, come here."

She walked over to me behind the desk, and I pulled her to my lap and kissed her."

"It is not you all...I just needed to take a breath."

"I know. Things have been hectic."

We kissed for a few minutes.

"Talk to Sam."

"About what?" Dawn asked.

"She just asked me what was troubling you."

"She scares me more and more. She will be a lot like me, so get used to it."

"Then you talk to her too and explain that sometimes there is nothing wrong when she thinks there is."

"You do that...doc."

I smiled at her.

"I guess it is a good thing that we each can tell when the other needs something."

"Talk to her anyway."

Dawn stood and left the study. A few minutes later, Samantha came in and sat. I smiled.

"Did Dawn send you in here?"

"No..."

"Liar...or did you just feel it?"

"I just felt it."

"I'm fine. You know how crazy it has been the last month."

"I know. You'll have some fun when they deliver your tractor."

"Are you going to help me with that when you can?"

"Sure! And since yours has a cab, I don't have to worry about getting sunburned. I always got sunburned driving my neighbors."

"Did you like doing that?"

"It got me out of the house, and I made a few bucks. We got some free veggies."

"I think we will have a lot of veggies!"

"If we can take care of all of it. What else are you going to do with the tractor?"

"Clean things up around here slowly. Knock down all those little trees that pop up. They told me if I keep them cut down for a Summer, I can probably mow where they are the next year."

"If everything up front were in nice grass, it would look great."

"That is what I plan on. I'll probably get them to take it and the bush hog down to our other land for a week in the Summer. I think I can clear off a straight mile of land for my rifle range."

"Is there a stretch that long?"

"Oh yes. And more. It would be fun to have a mile to shoot from. I may need to build up a berm on one end so I am high enough to do that. The 1000-yard range here is great, but the rifles are loud, and that will not work with babies sleeping."

"Can you teach me to shoot like that? I think it would be fun to go to one of those competitions and let them see me do that!"

"Especially if we land in our helicopter!"

"Are there any close enough?"

"There is one in Kentucky every year and one in Arkansas. The rest are out west. It is a big fucking hassle to fly to those and take the guns. I haven't gone to one of those in three or four years. I ended up shipping the rifles by FedEx to them, and that was a big problem. And them being tossed around in a truck messed them up enough I didn't do well out west."

"You take more than one rifle?"

"I take the Chey-Tac and my custom Remington 308. You can learn to shoot like that, but it takes some training and a lot of practice. You can start out to about 600 yards with the AR-15's. You get that down, and we'll work on the 1000-yard shots with the Remington, but I'll probably need to get you your own. You end up tweaking it just for yourself. Since you are smaller, you would have to do that."

"Is the Chey-Tac the nice big looking one?"

"That is the bad boy. It is built for one thing, long ass shots! A thousand yards to a mile is no problem with it."

"Dang! A mile?"

"A mile is fun. Even with that rifle, the bullet drop at the range is much more than you think. You really drop the bullet onto the target from that range. You can move up to that one of you get 1000 down with the Remington 308."

"How good are you at that long range?"

"A thousand yards on a good day...a 2-inch pattern. At mile on a really good day...hopefully inside a 6-inch circle."

"Will I need to get my own?"

"If you get that good, yes, if you want to compete. The Chey-Tac is about $15,000 set up like mine."

"Does it kick a lot?"

"Both of them kick a lot. The Chey-Tac really does if you are not holding it right. That is something you learn."

"What is there to learn?"

"For that long of a shot, you have to learn breath control and a few other things. That far out is as much mental as it is the equipment. You'll learn that when you start shooting a pistol."

"Maybe I can start with the pistol in the Spring."

"We can plan it."

Samantha and I talked for a while. She was just getting me to talk more than anything.

After we ate dinner, she went down to the basement with me to look at my rifles. She was just trying to keep me occupied and talk, but she was interested. While we were talking about guns, I let her hold a few different pistols to see which one fit her hands the best.

"Show me what is in the vault again."

We walked to the big wall vault, and I unlocked it and turned on the lights.

"Are all of these machine guns?"

"Not machine guns...fully automatic. Most are...not all."

"What would they ever be used for?"

"We don't really want to find out. These are for when the shit hits the fan."

"Don't you have to clean them occasionally?"

"Yes. At least once a year, they all need to be broken down, cleaned, and oiled. Me, the Sheriff, The Attorney General, and the Chief have to do that. Me mostly. I am going to have to talk to them about getting some help soon. It takes me a couple of weeks of evenings to do it now. But they are also the only people that have the combination to the vault. This is environmentally controlled, so once a year is good."

"Can you teach me to help?"

"Yes, but you may not have the time."

"What else is in here other than machine guns?"

"A lot of ammo that is cycled through every few years. In that big cabinet are a ton of magazines already loaded with ammo. In that big cabinet are a bunch of empty go bags."

"What else is in here?"

"Sam, honey, this is all strictly confidential."

"I know. I wouldn't tell anyone."

"There are a few military-type weapons in here."

"Like what?"

"If I tell you, you can freak out about it."

"I wouldn't."

"You probably wouldn't. There are some weapons called Light Artillery Weapons, or a Law."

"What are they used for?"

"They shoot small missiles. Mostly for tanks and heavy equipment."

"No shit! Things to stop a tank!"

"That and they would work very nicely on a building that was barricaded."

"I bet they would! Have you ever shot one here?"

"A few times."

"Have you got any grenades!"

"One or two," I said and smiled.

"Really?"

"Yes."

I pulled an AR-15 off the rack and handed it to her.

"What is this thing on the front of it?"

"That is a grenade launcher."

"Fuck!"

"I'll let you shoot it one day."

"Why is it so secret that you have all this?"

"Well...Police Departments are not really authorized to have this type of stuff?"

"Why not?"

"Politics, media, bull shit. Much of this is from some confiscations over the years. A lot of it is bought with confiscated drug money. I store it for when the shit hits the fan. I have a special permit through the Attorney General to have it and to buy anything like it it. It is kept someplace no one would run across it and ask questions. Most states have a storage of similar things. This is all authorized through the AG's office but is strictly off the books mostly."

"I hope there is never a fire down here!"

I pointed up.

"A sprinkler system in here?"

"Yep, and the walls and ceiling are pretty thick concrete. I fire would never get in here, but..."

"Could a fire get in here?"

"If a fire here is that big, the fire department would back way up and let it burn. They have been told I store a lot of ammo, but this is all. If that sprinkler system goes off, it will fill this entire room with water. It is sealed once the door is closed."

"Wow. Anything else in here that will explode?"

"Not from a fire."

"Like what?"

I walked over to a big cabinet, and opened it, and grabbed something, and handed it to her.

"This is heavy. What is it?"

"Five pounds of C-4."

"What is that?"

"High Explosives."

"I don't want this!" She handed it back to me.

"It will not go off even if it is in a fire! But that much would make a big ass hole in the ground!"

"Okay! I think I have seen enough!"

"You have seen too much!"

I put everything away, and we left.

"Dawn knows what all that stuff is?"

"Yep. The C-4 was fun when we cleared a couple huge stumps."

We went back upstairs, and Samantha went to the kitchen.

"What were you two doing?" Dawn asked.

"A tour." Dawn smiled.

After a lot of talking, we went to bed around 11:30.

*****

Sunday morning, the girls and I slept in. About 7:30, Dawn woke me up as we lay in bed.

"Did you really tell my dad you haven't had a good blowjob in a month?" She asked.

"I may have mentioned it."

"You are terrible." We heard Amy giggle.

Amy and Samantha were awake, and we lay in bed and talked for a bit. We eventually smelled breakfast cooking.

"I'll be glad when the smell of cooking doesn't make me sick," Amy said.

"I'm going to shower," Dawn said and got out of bed.

"I'll join you," Amy replied.

Samantha rolled to me.

"And what is wrong with our blowjobs?"

"You three just can't get comfortable in bed."

"I know. I hate sleeping on my back."

"You have been sleeping on your side."

"Not all night."

"Three more weeks or so."

"I'll be glad."

"Are you regretting getting pregnant?"

"Of course not. It is just a lot of work."

"We should have the paperwork for the $1,000,000 from you to John next week. Is that still what you want to do?"

"Yes. He can use the money now."

"He told me he could use it to go ahead and buy the land. That is the first step."

"He has a great parcel near the hospital. I think it is over $1,000,000."

"It probably is," I said. "What did he say about the building?"

"He would like to start next year but is not sure."

"Have you heard him say how much he has to borrow?"

"He and Keith were talking, and I heard around $22,000,000. That is a lot of money."

"I think I'll call him and see what the money is going to cost him?"

"Can you loan him that much money?"

"We could, but I need to find out what commercial interest rates are right now. The bottom has fallen out of the interest rates this year, but money is still tight."

"Will it be low?"

"Interest rates are near 2 percent, but money is tight."

"Could you make him a better deal?"

We talked until Dawn and Amy came out, then we went and showered.

After we ate breakfast, I took Samantha to my study.

"Let's call John."

I dialed his number.

"Hello?"

"Hey, John."

"Oh, hi, James. What's up?"

"Getting through Thanksgiving and all of the family being here."

"Thankfully, ours went home."

"I wanted to talk to you about something. If you can buy the land you want before the end of the year, Samantha can get you her $1,000,000 to help."

"Is she sure she still wants to do that?"

"Yes. She is sitting with me. Let me put you on the speaker phone."

"Hi, Dr. John," Samantha said.

"Hi, Sam."

"How far have you and Keith gotten in your building plans?" I asked.

"We have the blueprints and initial estimates."

"Can I ask how much to build and furnish?"

"Right now, a little over $22,000,000. There will be more once we see who wants to rent one or two of the floors and what that buildout may cost us."

"Have you talked to any other doctor group?"

"I have a lot of interest from Dr. Thomas, the cardiologist. He is interested in moving their practice."

"Good. That will help."

"They would need an MRI and CAT. But we will also."

"Can you split it with them?"

"I have some interest from him in doing that. If he goes ahead, we will probably form a group and make that a separate company. That is what most doctors do."

"Good. May I ask when you plan to start building and what the money is going to cost you?"

"Sure. We would like to break ground next year since interest rates are so low, but the banks want a big down payment. We can get money for 2 percent, but they are killing us with the down payment they want.

"How much are they wanting?"

"They are wanting 25%, and that is a lot we don't have right now. That or other assets. Keith and I don't want to put our houses up."

"I can understand that. How much have you got, if I may ask?"

"Cash...less than $1,000,000 between us."

"If you owned the land, would that help?"

"Yes. That would help, and it would be an asset against the down payment."

"How much is the land going to cost?"

"The parcel we have been looking at is $1,200,000, but they have been trying to sell it for a few years, and they know we are looking at it."

"You think you could get it down to a million?"

"I don't know. Rates are down, but the economy is shit. Maybe?"

"Call them and ask if they will take $1,000,000 cash before the end of the year. You'll have Samantha's money as soon as you need it. If not, I'll cover it. Now, what about a down payment?"

"If we own the land...we may be able to get the loan for just $4,000,000 more. We have already been talking to the banks."

"What interest rate?"

"One and a three-quarters."

"That is great! For how many years?"
