Basically a good story somewhat undone by the difficult-to-follow, non-chronological early parts. Maybe a re-edit or some added transitions would improve it a lot. Presumably a Pt. 2 is coming with Doris reprising her old role, and maybe Charlie becoming an actor too?

A good story well told with plenty of humor in the mix. Looking forward to the next part!
