Did the monthly awards stop about a year ago? Will it be brought back?

@readyfreddy555 - I'm not sure they don't seem to be as updated as they used to be and you didn't get a reply.. They promoted the 23 Summer Lovin' contest to coincide with the monthly awards but seems a copy and paste from last year (linking to this page) maybe dates updated but that's it.
