Didn’t the Society brain machine have some effect upon Goldie? It was a limited time but should have been increased somewhat and destroyed her programming.

These two really are meant to be together, and it's obvious in so many ways. Her spending time with Greg had to happen, so she could see if there were anything there. So poor Harry, so inexperienced before, has won her love. No way he should feel inferior now, as you can't discount (and NEITHER should he) that he's indeed earned Goldie.

Touching! 5.

@Whitewater

It appeared to have zero effect on Goldie.

Why on earth is this story in the romance category? Where is the tag warning that this is a cuckold story?

@Lacastrian

Because the story largely supports a long-standing romance between Goldie and Harry, but they aren't married yet nor in an exclusive relationship; the author posited Goldie was "conditioned" to "love" Harry, so this chapter disproves (to most of us) that Goldie's conditioning's still in place, as she's now proven for herself that she bonded with Harry on many different levels than she ever did with Greg.

Goldie rubbing out the two Foundation emissaries was a tad too predictable. Otherwise a pretty fair chapter. 4 stars
