Err on the side of telling me too much, remember - this is a story...not a movie. So, I can't just assume things are how you see them - you have to tell me, otherwise I don't know. For instance, I had to re-re-re-read the opening to piece together how mercedes looks, complexion-wise and 5'10 not short btw (its actually pretty tall - for a chick). All of this takes your reader out of the story, bcuz they're having to edit for you while reading your story. Notes for next time...and interesting plot.
